Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION
A 24 hour notice is required in order to avoid 50 % cancellation and no-shows. Please be courteous as someone may have wanted your appointment slot.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting the appointments of other clients.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your appointment. New Clients please arrive 5 minutes early to fill out intake forms. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule or their facial service time will be cut short. If you are arriving late, please contact Amy as soon as you can.
